Anyconnect client with multiple VPN addresses

I have a couple of Windows clients that don't seem to forget previous VPN ip addresses when they connect again.  I have seen 6-8 IPs on the Anyconnect adapter on one of these machines.  I have been searching around but thus far have not found anyone else that has seen this happen.

    How do these clients get their IP addresses, via a VPN pool, via DHCP?

VPN pool, and so far I have only seen two machines do this.

Hello Michael. Did you ever find out what caused this issue? Seeing something similar with clients running Windows 4.6 Anyconnect software. Thanks.
