Just wanted to know if anyone experience this problem before and have any ideas and if its a setting that needs to be enabled in vpn or nam profile.
Since going to Windows 10 (doesn't seem to have happened on Win 7), when a computer is turned on/rebooted and before a user logs in, the LAN (Wired) is not connected. When pinging the PC as it’s rebooting, 1 or 2 pings will work as windows starts up, then ICMP stops. Looks like AnyConnect is taking over the LAN adapter and disabling it?
It doesn't seem to affect the Wifi adaptor as its stays on, and with a pre-configured Wifi profile it will connect to Wifi.
Once a user logs in and the Anyconnect loads, wired becomes available.
Just trying to understand why the LAN adapter is not connected prior to user logon?
Would any of the following settings in VPN profile help? start before logon, trusted/untrusted network policy with always on?
