Anyconnect not keeping static ip after getting disconnected.

Just deployed Anyconnect Client to our homeworkers, this is running on a ASAv.  v9.16(2)14

Some of our clients get static IP's from ISE using the msRADIUSFramedIPAddress feature, with Active Directory Dailin Tab.

But we are getting random clients that get disconnected and when they reconnect they get a dhcp ip.  This breaks there firewall access.

So I have to log then out from asa, which fixes the issue.

Anyone had thus before got a fix for my issue.

when the client is disconnect are the Parent tunnel appear in show vpn-session db ?
if yes then only increase leased time because the any connect is reconnect but not reauth <parent tunnel still appear>.

It has 2 entries on the ASA the old and new. is there a way to only allow 1 connection.
