AnyConnect SBL - Still broken in 3.1.12020?

Just wanted to know if other people have AnyConnect Start Before Logon working in their environment.  It broke several versions ago at the start of the year and still isn't working on the Windows 8 and 10 machines I've tried with the latest version.

It doesn't appear at the Windows GINA and it doesn't have a checkbox in the AnyConnect client settings window.

Unfortunately SBL is not supported on Windows 10 yet, see below:

However on Window 8 is fully supported , maybe this could be related to a configuration issue, check the requirements for SBL below:
