Hi!
We run AnyConnect 3.0.5080 with SBL on serveral Windows 7 computers.
If I log on to a freshly rebooted client (after connecting with AnyConnect to the corporate network BeforeLogon) i get the following error message:
"VPN Service not available" followed by "The VPN agent service is not responding. Please restart this application after a minute".
And when restarting the application (AnyConnect) the GUI shows up as aspected.
If I just logoff the VPN and the client and logon again (VPN first, client afterwards) without rebooting the machine, everything works fine.
Has anyone got a solution for this problem?

Did you solve this, i am facing the same type of problem, in the same scenario here.

I was having this problem and then found out that McAfee does not support any version of AnConnect, only VPN 5.
