Anyconnect takes exactly 1:41 sec to "Establish" connection.

I have two head ends that are configured as identical as possible, but one hangs at "Establishing Connection..." for a very long time.  After some research, I noticed that the connection time takes exactly 1:41 seconds. 

I am curious to know what is happening between 10:42:45 AM Establishing VPN session...

and

10:44:25 AM Establishing VPN - Examining system...

I have examined the DART bundle and there is no other information during that time period.
