At 6am this morning for no apparent reason Users were suddenly unable to connect our ASA through the AnyConnect client.
Symptoms:
- When a user selects the VPN URL and accepts the Cert they get a "Connection Attempt has Failed" message with Unable to process the response from vpn.site.com in the bottom.
- Logs show SSL handshakes and terminations from those IPs
- A user who authenticated yesterday is still connected and active
I confirmed IP pools are still setup, certs are still valid as well and Radius is functional. I'm stumped.
Any suggestions?
