I am using Anyconnect for VPN to work from home. Lately I have noticed that my download speed gets limited to only 3Mbps when using VPN which makes it impossible to work. For the first few minutes of my connection, the speed is >20Mbps, but then I lose connection for a few seconds and once it connects back, my speed is limited to ~3Mbps. This happens consistently. I tried to get tech support help at work, but they told me to contact my ISP (I am using COX in Mesa, AZ). I called my ISP, but they are telling me I need to call tech support at work.
I don't know what to do. They said I can upgrade my internet speed and get a new cable modem but I don't if that will work. Without connecting to VPN, my internet connection is fine. I get 30-50Mbs for download and 3Mbps for upload.
