AnyConnect will not accept a user's credential but will accept another's on Mac?

Cisco AnyConnect 4.5 Mac OS 10.13.6 not accepting user credentials!

I installed Cisco AnyConnect on a MacBook Pro, OS High Sierra version 10.13.6 for one of our customers. I attempt to log in as the user to VPN and the login prompt just flash then comes right back asking for his password again?  User puts his password in and it does the same thing over and over.  I use my credentials to login and it goes right through.

I am wondering if this is related to some kind of a Keychain certificate or something.  I Uninstalled AnyConnect, and re-installed it again.  To my surprise, it retained my login information since it connected using my credentials, however, when I replace my login credentials with the user, it just flashes!

Any ideas?  Thank you.
