AnyConnect Windows Service won't start

Installed AnyConnect Client v3.1.3103.0 on Windows 7 64-bit.

"Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent" window service will not start.  Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

Tried uninstalling/installing. This all worked a couple of weeks ago, then it stopped.

Event Viewer show.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

That version of Dbghelp.dll appears to be the culprit as per https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22970975/using-dbghelp-dll-on-windows-8-1-update-1-crashes-application (ignore that they're running Win8.1). You can download the latest version of "Debugging Tools for Windows" as part of the SDK from http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/bg162891.aspx .
