AOL Broadband and Cisco VPN

I am having issues getting a user with AOL Broadband to successfully connect to my corporate VPN. It appears that AOL Broadband is actually a VPN itself on the Time Warner Cable system. I had to enable split tunnelling to allow local LAN access to exist otherwise the VPN would disconnect right away (due to a loss of connectivity on the AOL network when the VPN was authenticated). Even though the split tunnelling allowed the VPN to authenticate, no traffic will pass. Has anyone else had success with AOL Broadband? Does it include its own personal firewall software when you install AOL Broadband? Any help would be greatly appreciated....I sure am not getting any from AOL.

Thanks,

The main problem is that AOL does not support any VPN across their network. You have already enabled split tunneling which is a workaround for this problem. The only other thing to try, would be getting the latest version of VPN client and try that.
