Looks like the migration path from the Pix 515E is the ASA 5510.

How do I make up for the 6 interfaces using the ASA 5510 to replace my PIX 515E with 4FE and 2 fixed ports. As each interface is a separate DMZ.

configuring VLANs will give you 10 possible virtual interface with a Security Plus license.

ASA5510 is for replacing PIX515E. Standard option for ASA5510 has 3 x FE, you can add "Securtiy Plus lic" for 5 x FE. Hope this will help.
