I have a user having problem accessing Outlook while he is connectiong through ASA 5505 VPN as well as can not ping the Exchange Server by Name. However, it resolves FQDN of Exchange Server just fine when try to configure Outlook profile. What I am missing here?

Can you tell me whether you enabled split tunneling? Yes or No
what IP address range that you configured for VPN?
Exchange server are behind which firewall?

I am sure split tunneling is enabled coz CISCO Engineer configured it and do not know where to look for it. It is on 192.168.X.X range. Exchange Server is behind the ASA 5505.
