ASA 5505 Needs VPN Outbound unblocked via gui inetrface

How can I achieve this.  I am obviously a novice cisco user and really fight my way around.  I just want to grant access to a vendor to connect to his vpn.  What ports need opened and what else do I need to do?

The best option is to ask the vendor which VPN they are using and what ports need to be opened, just in case they use non default ports.

Following is the normal default ports that are used:

IPSec VPN: UDP/500, protocol ESP, UDP/4500

PPTP VPN: protocol GRE, TCP/1723
