ASA or Pix 7.0 site to site VPN w/ wildcard preshared key

This features works with PIX 6.3.

In Pix 7.0, It does not accept a tunnel group with peer 0.0.0.0

Is there a solution ? (I need to upgrade an existing network with PIX at central site and IOS 83x routers at remote sites)
