ASA to Concentrator L2L VPN with NAT

I need to build a lan-to-lan VPN tunnel between two networks having overlapping IP spaces. I've looked at the config guide: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk372/technologies_configuration_example09186a00800949f1.shtml#diag ... but I am unable to translate the Cisco 506E v6.2 config instructions into a config for my ASA 5510 v7.0(4) box. Much less figure out how to configure this via the ASDM tool (is that even possible?). The 3005 Concentrator on the other side seemed easy, and the server subnet is now NAT'd into an outside subnet. On my local side I've got two Class B networks needing to be NAT'd so they can access the servers. Can anyone help with some config guidance?

There have been a lot of changes in the new software version released after the 6.x releases,Hence it will be very difficult for giving and exact translation. Better choice would be to look in to the command references of both these versions and then complete the configuration.
