Assign static IP to software VPN clients tunneling to PIX520

When I configure local AAA on the PIX how do I push out the same IP address etc to a particular username login? I need to test this initially on the PIX with about 12 users and then transition to an internal Microsoft W2K box ans IAS. I'm running 6.3(3)
