attampting to bring up a tunnel with 831 router

we have the 831 router on one and and vpn3000 on the other and trying to create the tunnel between the two. Getting an error message "pre shared key already exists". I can't find the explanation anywhere on the Cisco site. Anybody can help please?

"pre-shared key already exists". assuming you are getting this error on the router, it means the pre-shared key has already been created between the router and the vpn concentrator.

to verify, do "show crypto isakmp key" on the router.
