Automating update/addition of VPN tunnel config on client

I am looking for an easy way to update or add additional tunnels on the VPN client. I have a mix of 3.x and 4.x clients in the field. We are in the process of changing our external internet addresses and as such our tunnel definitions need to change. I am thinking of simply creating a new definition but not sure how to push it out to the clients. Options? suggestions? Recommendations?

The new VPN client for windows version 4.6 has this option of automatic software upgrade.

SOFTWARE upgrades are the way that I took that feature not adding or changing existing tunnels. In either case I am not running 4.6. I was hoping that someone had figured out a way to run a login type script or some other automated way to get that done.
