I get a BSOD error when using Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. I don't get it otherwise. I have a new (2 months) HP Pavilion PC with Windows 10. I asked IT and they reinstalled the VPN but to no avail. The error is 'Driver Corrupted Expool' Help!

Are you using a recent version of AnyConnect? Updating to the actual software would be the first step in troubleshooting. If you don't use versions 4.3.05017 or 4.4.00243, then upgrade to one of these versions.

I am using 4.2.00096. I'll have to ask IT for the update.

I am getting this on 4.10.01075.
Not every time but about 3 times a week when I try to connect to our corporate VPN there is a long delay while the adapter tries to connect and "repair" only to fail and require a reboot. The first reboot fails with a blue screen. After a long delay a 2nd reboot succeeds and I can then connect to the VPN just fine.

- Re-install the Pavilion completely , check if that can help.

This is nonsense.
Re-read the issue, check if that can help.
