I am trying to create a new vpdn session on a cisco 7206
c7200-advipservicesk9-mz.152-4.M7.bin
We have ruckus brand APs that have a tunneling feature on them and are tunneling them back to a cisco router is l2tp bridged to the ethernet egress port. This works great until we get to 15 client sessions (separate aps). Once we hit 15 sessions in sho log we get:

tried changing firmware but cant figure it out. anyone have any ideas?
