CAN INSIDE USERS CONNECT TO OUTSIDE USERS OVER ANYCONNECT VPN

Hi Team,

I have an ASA and I am running Anyconnect VPN.

It is enabled under outside interface to let outside users connect to it.

However sometimes outside users connected on VPN face some issues and they want us to tshoot .

We are  behind inside interface.

Is there any way where we can reach outside users connected over VPN.

I was thinking to enable webvpn under inside interface too. Would that work ?

If the users use the same ASA as gateway to the internet, then it is not possible. You can enable webvpn on the inside interface though.
