Can Not Completely Uninstall VPN Client

Please help! I am having trouble uninstalling the VPN Client 3.5 software from my computer.

As a result it would not let us install any version of the VPN Client properly, because it would not copy the preconfigured files from the installation folder.

We tried cleaning the registry and removing it manually. I also tried removing it using Add/Remove Programs under Safe Mode and its not helping either.
