Can SSL vpn be setup on Cisco 881/K9 router?

I am now confused whether SSL VPN can be set up on Cisco 881/K9 router.

Please someone advise me.

If yes, for just 5 users, do I need to buy the license or license is bundled with the router?

yes, and you need a license:

FL-WEBVPN-10-K9

Feature License SSL VPN for Up to 10 Users (incremental), for 12.4T based IOS releases only

FL-SSLVPN10-K9
