Can't access internal networks with Split-tunnel

We have a VPN 3005 Concentrator.  The user was able to login to Cisco VPN client successfully.  However, she is not able to access the internal network.  The tunnel was setup as a split-tunnel.  Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Diane

The computer is running Windows 7 64-bit.

take route print from pc before and after connecting and see if the split tunnel route is getting pushed or not ?

If it does not check firewall if it does check local windows firewall antivirus  or windows defender settings.

Thanks for your prompt response, Rahul.

I took the Route Print before and after and split tunnel route was pushed.  The Windows firewall was turned off.  She does not have any Antivirus software installed.  The Cisco VPN client was able to connect, but there is no access on the internal nnetwork.

Can we have Shrew software and Cisco VPN client installed on the same computer?

Thanks.

Diane
