Hi all, I'm not that well versed in cisco VPN and I'm having a problem. I need to access remote users system for troubleshouting and I cannot ping or access anything on their laptop when they are connected to VPN. For example, a user would get an IP of 172.16.4.132 when logged into vpn but I cannot ping him from the CLI, or can I access his laptop via RDP.
