Hello,
I have a problem, I have defined a vpn policy for my split tunneling traffic which works fine as loong as my users are connected. When the users disconnects, the CIC is still running but with default policy (block all) how can I use the same policy when disconnected?

What version of the vpn client are you using, and on what OS platform?
To make sure that I understand your question: You want to allow the clients to use local (to the client) lan/network resources when connected as well as disconnected. Your split tunneling policy is defined to allow that, but it does not work once the client disconnects. Is that correct?

Correct, the problem is when a client uses the VPN at home to access office resources, then when he or she comes into the office next day the default policy is still enabled not allowing them to have sertain access to some management systems defined in the CIC policy.
