Cisco any connect takes long time to initiate connection

Dear Friends,

Before writing this post, I have searched over various posts in anyconnect forum, which does not solve my problem.

Here is background of my problem with cisco any connect:

I used to connect to my office VPN (there are two vpn profile one is office 1, another office2 vpn)from home via home wifi router, it will take hell lot of time to initiate connection and finally it will fail saying "connection failed, retry again". However when I use my mobile phone hotspot it quickly connects. which is very strange.

Here is what happens with homme router:

* If i connect to office1 vpn first , it will fail "connection failed" then -->

* when i connect to office2 vpn first (though it takes 15 min to initiate (says contacting ...message) , it will connect

* Now I will disconnect office2 vpn and now try to connect office1 , it connects quickly.

so once office2 vpn connects successfully, then i wont be having for further connections for both office1 and office2 vpn...

When i connect to vpn via my mobile hotspot:

I can connect to both vpn quickly with out any issues, whether connect office1 or office 2 ...

when i refereed to some of the posts here, it was said that we need to look into windows events logs for cisco anyconnect client , so when I referred to windows even viewer logs

when connection fails with home wifi routerh..the below are the main message(error message) i see in log

Hi

First, based on your tests, we can obviously say the issue isn’t your ASA and it should probably be your home router.

Have you installed Cisco DART (AnyConnect Diagnostics and Reporting Tool)? If not, can you please install it, give it a try using your home router and then open up this tool and export the logs.

At the same time, it would be great if you can run a debug webvpn anyconnect on your ASA to see if packets are coming in and what it says.

What is your anyconnect local pool? Inside subnets on your ASA? And your inside subnets on your home router? Your home router is it doing any filtering of any kind?

Thanks
Francesco
