Hi
I have not been able to connect to VPN through cisco anyconnect mobility client since Wednesday afternoon. I was able to use even on Wednesday morning but it stopped working suddenly in the afternoon. I have a Mac and a sophos antivirus installed. Every time I try to connect the system scans states that I am compliant, and I think it gets to connects for like a second before starting to disconnect automatically and this message comes up:
The secure gateway has terminated the VPN connection.
The following message was received from the secure gateway: Internal Error
I have tried to connect on a windows computer with different antivirus but the same message comes up.
I would really appreciate if anyone could share any thoughts/ideas on this.
Many thanks

- Looks like a problem with the secure gateway ; examine it's vpn l(access) logs , perhaps more info can be found.

- That is a client side log ; I mean looking at the vpn server , and check it's error logs (w.r.t) vpn services.
