Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility client ver 4.3.0.3 on Windows10 does not allow to connect Remote (VPN)

Message: Keeps looping the following messages....

     11:11:00 PM    Posture Assessment: Initiating...
     11:11:04 PM    Posture Assessment: Active
     11:11:04 PM    Posture Assessment: Initiating...
     11:11:07 PM    Hostscan is performing system scan
     11:11:07 PM    Hostscan is performing software scan
     11:11:07 PM    Hostscan is updating software
     11:11:07 PM    Hostscan state idle
     11:11:07 PM    Hostscan is waiting for the next scan
     11:11:08 PM    Ready to connect.

 

Any help to resolve this? Have tried deleting and re-installing certificates. But the above messages keep looping...

Please let me know if any other details required to solve this.

Has anyone encountered same problem? what are the possible solutions that can fix this?

 

I have tried creating a new digital certificate and importing the certificate. But it has not fixed the problem

The certificate is valid for another 2 years.
