What's up! Hoping someone else had this problem! We've recently upgraded to the 4.10.08025 client on the Macs via a push from the ASAs, and all of the sudden we have few folks who for whatever reason cannot launch their VPN client. Crashes as soon as the connect-to window pops up. Didn't happen during our pilot testing, so weird how this is all of the sudden! We've done all the usually troubleshooting with no avail. Both Macs in Monterey (12.7.x) The only workaround is to rip out the 4.10 client, reinstall the 4.9 client, and then when connected, the client will auto upgrade back to 4.10. As long as users don't disconnect, they have an active connection. I have the log files if anyone knows how to actually read them if needed. Couldn't add them here for whatever reason. Please advise.
