Cisco AnyConnect - Mac

Hi Folks,

We have a few Mac users (Mac Book Pro) complaining that their VPN connections using the Cisco AnyConnect client (4.3.05017) drops unexpectedly. It's a mix between Yosemite (10.10.5), El Capitan (10.11.6) and Sierra (10.12.4) users. Wondering what the best way to troubleshoot this is? We only install the VPN client in the list of installs. We uncheck everything. Not sure if we need to include another component in the list to stop the unexpected drop offs. See attached. Thanks!

Best way to troubleshoot this would be to use the Diagnostic and Reporting Tool (DART) and collect a bundle after a dropped connection. MAC logs are usually picked up from the system.log section of the OS.
