Cisco Anyconnect - profile not filling in webdeploy

I've had this working before but now it's stopped. Cisco ASA5555-X running 9.8(2)35 and AnyConnect 4.6.03049 for Windows webdeploy version. 

Hitting the ASA IP through a web browser triggers AAA auth which is successful and then it triggers the download of the Cisco Anyconnect client to the PC.

However, when opening AnyConnect on the PC there is no profile loaded in the client :(

 

Any ideas what I might be missing?

Do you have the client profile loaded on the ASA? If the profile does exist it is linked to the group policy that your account is using to connect?

Update on this, the profile does install in to the client on another PC!

The laptop I've been trying to get it running on also has Windows 10 x64, same as the PC. Could there be some sort of incompatibility between the network drivers on the laptop and Anyconnect that's preventing proper install?

 

What on earth is going on here??
