There's no such thing as far as a general purpose script.
Where do you want to remove AnyConnect from? It can be on an ASA, a router or an end user computer.

End user computer. We are running the uninstall/reinstall from an SCCM task sequence. For some reason, the new install fails. I will be opening a ticket with support for assistance on this issue. I've read in some posts that running an uninstall first, reboot and then run a clean install may do the trick.

Ah yes. There are some insidious bits (registry keys and hidden files) of AnyConnect that may be left behind even after running the msi to uninstall it.
You would be best served by opening a TAC case.
