Hi,

I am getting a pop up from 'Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client' on my Mac which says "The VPN client agent was unable to create the client DNS plugin manager.".  I have uninstalled Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client but I'm still getting the pop up.

Does anyone know how I can stop the pop up from appearing?

Thanks

Hello,

I found this on a message board from Jun 1st.

MAC The VPN client agent was unable to create the client DNS plugin manager:
https://superuser.com/questions/1652929/mac-the-vpn-client-agent-was-unable-to-create-the-client-dns-plugin-manager

Users Answer to issue:

In mac, I debug and figured out there were some undeleted files of Cisco. deleting that fixed the issue.

Command: sudo rm -rf /opt/cisco

       - How did you uninstall , are you sure that completed fully ?

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

From what I can remember, I moved all the files to the bin.  Are there other steps I need to take to uninstall?

Thanks

Hi Kasun,

Unfortunately the solution to that's person's issue doesn't work in this case.

Thank you though!
