Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client - unable to create the client

Hi, I've installed only VPN Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client with installer anyconnect-macos-4.9.00086-predeploy-k9 but I'm getting repetitive error message with `The VPN client agent was unable to create the client DNS plugin manager.`

I'm using Ventura 13.0.1 (22A400) Apple M1.

I tried to rename the folder /opt/cisco but I get into problem that I cannot run VPN client because of missing libraries in that folder.
