Cisco AnyConnect VPN clients secure gateway terminated: Max time exceeded

Some AnyConnect clients get dropped and get this error every10 -12hrs. While others show on for days. I can't figure it out.

Depends on the idle timeout and user activity. Check what is the idle
timeout configuration on you device.
