Cisco ANYCONNECT VPN Profile Query

We have a customer who uses the AnyConnect VPN software to connect to their database and have come up against an issue where the software does not work when the users are in the office. They have advised that they believe this is down to the fact they use a proxy and that there is something in the Cisco profile which needs to be configured so the AnyConnect software can navigate their proxy and get out of their office network.

 

I did check before raising this query whether their proxy was authenticated and they’ve advised that it is an authenticated proxy which get’s passed the logged in users details to authenticate with it. I understand often this can be a problem so is there anything the customer would be required to do to allow the AnyConnect app to get through their proxy in terms of adding rules to their firewall to allow the app through without authenticating?
