Cisco c841m-4x VPN configuration

I need to configure site-to-site VPN on this router. I have checked the datasheet that I can configure VPN on this, but I have following queries regarding this.

1. Can we configure VPN with hostname instead of public IP?

2. Do I need any license for VPN configuration on this router?

@amitspanchal that hardware supports FlexVPN for site-to-site VPN, if the peer is defined by FQDN and the dynamic keyword is used, the FQDN will be resolved to an IP address using DNS when the tunnel is initiated.

I believe there is no additional license requirements for VPN. Can we configure VPN with hostname instead of public IP? If IP is changed always why you not use dynamic VPN ?
