Cisco Meraki z3 VPN and Voip phone

I have a cisco Meraki z3. I need some assistance on how to configure site to site vpn and adding a cisco phone. I keep searching and I can't find much documentation or video. Can someone send me some information on how to setup vpn and use cisco phone? I see traffic shaping as a feature. I need any information on it as well.

That is quite easy:

  1. Go to Teleworker Gateway -> Configure -> S2S VPN. Use Type=Spoke and select the HQ-Hub in your organization.
  2. Under Addressing & VLANs configure a VLAN for your internal Z3-network.
  3. Activate the DHCP-server with the proper options so that your phone can find the CUCM. Typically, it's option 150.

I don't understand.  Do I need to configure some settings on the firewall to match?  Can you send me a link or documentation?
