I searched a lot but didn't find any place usefull like this so I ask my question directly here:

I wanted to know if cisco pix 7 support for custom algorithm for vpn? and whether support live monitoring of VPN connections?

what do you mean by custom algorithms? You can mix and match the algorithm that is supported on the PIX firewall, however, you won't be able to create your own algorithms.

You can monitor who logs into the VPN from ASDM (via it's Monitoring tab).
