Cisco RV130W VPN and Win10

Does anyone have a configuration guide for a RV130W and a Win10 PC using IPSEC?

I looked at this and it is fine for the Server side,,  I was also interested in the Win10 side, or would a client like TheGreenBow be better?

Got it going just using PPTP on Win7, so will probably try that on Win10 and that should be fine..
