Hi, I updated my Secure Endpoint version to 7.5.3.20938 yesterday, i now get a error when connecting to AnyConnect (Screen shot attached). I updated my AnyConnect version to 4.10.04071 but still have the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

It seems that the client is failing the posture requirement for 'Cisco_AMP_AM_Installation_Win' as shown in your attached screenshot. Have you verified the posture condition in the requirement within ISE to determine if your updated version is supported via the check? That would be my first place to look. It is possible that the new version has not been updated in the check. Are other clients failing the check too?

Please note that upgrading AnyConnect wouldn't benefit much in such issues. Because, the checks are validated through Compliance Module libraries. So newer versions of Compliance Modules (CM) has updates about newly released products or versions of the existing supported products. Per support chart, it appears that CM version 4.3.2716.6145 is needed for Secure Endpoint 7.x. If your CM version is lower than this, please upgrade it to at least this version and check if this helps.
