Hi,
I am looking for VPN notification or Alert kind of service in AnyConnect, once the VPN connection established as a admin we should get some alert, can anyone help me out to trigger the alert ....

You can setup out of box logs, and make small script to send email as soon as you see the logs.
This is the best way i have seen and implemented.
