Hello everybody,
I am having this problem trying to connect to my university network trough the vpn client from a pc running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit: the client connects but I have no Internet access. I first believed that the problem was related to the fact that I had ZoneAlarm Free Antivirus+Firewall installed, but I made several steps, including the complete removal of the ZoneAlarm product, and I still have the same problem.
Here's what I see in the log:
Cisco Systems VPN Client Version 5.0.07.0290

Interface 157.138.17.56

Unable to add route. Network: c0a800ff, Netmask: ffffffff, Interface: 9d8a1138, Gateway: 9d8a1101.
Using the same client (32 bit version) in another pc of my lan which runs Windows XP and that had never ZoneAlarm installed on it, I have no problems.
Also, using Shrew Soft Vpn Client 2.1.7 on the problematic pc I can connect to vpn without problems, so I am really stuck trying to understand what's wrong with Cisco Vpn Client.
Any help will be very appreciated.

Hi,
let's know what type of adapter you use to connect, as 3G adapters have problems with Cisco VPN client running on Windows 7

The point is, i had no problem with this connection 2 days ago, when work in Win 7. And from my notebook with Win 7 it still works...
I think problem is local, in pc i mean, smth blocks this connection, i disabled all firewall tools i have, but still no results.

I am VERY interested in this issue as well. In my case, I am able to 'connect' to our clients networks, but not able to pass traffic.... to ALL of our VPN connections.
This JUST started (as in last week) to our Win7x32 (5.0.0.7.410) and Win7x64 (5.0.0.7.0440) systems.
NO changes have been made on our customers' firewalls (combination of ASA and IOS software firewalls) or our own systems.
I'm guessing a WIndows update did this.....
