Cisco VPN Client3.5 problem- IPSEC

I am using the software on Windows98 Second version, the VPN server is Cisco72XX, I wonder disable IPSEC in all transfer. I disable the checkbox of "Enable Transparent Tunnel ..." , but with debug mode of 72XX, still report IPSEC is enable. I think if carrier replace the VPN server like Uniphere, how can let client user use the client to dialin.

I just want to know how to disable IPSEC fully with Cisco VPN Client 3.5.

The VPN Client 3.5 is not supported yet on the Cisco IOS code, not till the 12.2.8T code. You could not disable the IPSec functionality on the Cisco VPN client 3.5. It is on by default and can't be disabled.
