hello dear
I want use cissco anyconnect vpn server (building server on linux vps server)and i need to use tunneling server between two server from 2 location
have you any training about it?
i can build open coonect server but i cant tunnel it

Are you loking site to Site tunnel ? or remote access tunnel ?
any connect is not a Server (its Cisco any connect client to connect to remote Server - that is ASA).

What you are asking is completely not how AnyConnect works. As @balaji.bandi mentioned, it is not a VPN server. AnyConnect client software connects a single device to a VPN via either SSL/TLS or IPsec. The central point of that VPN is a Cisco ASA or FTD appliance.
To connect two Linux servers via a server-server VPN you would use some other product. Something like WireGuard would be a good choice: https://www.wireguard.com/quickstart/
