Hi Mico,

Could you try the "revert webvpn all" command and see if you still have the issue afterwards?

It should clear the bad state your ASA is into.

Just know in advance that if you have configured one of the following WebVPN objects on your ASA, it will also be deleted by this command so you might want to save them before doing so: AnyConnect-customization, customization, mst-translation, plug-in, translation-table, url-list, webcontent.

Regards,

Nicolas

Thanks Nicolas,

when i run the command it gives me the following message

%ERROR: ifs_rm_dir_rec: unknown type of file `disk0:/csco_config/97/customization/86D3828A0A0EB0FFA3B55870AAA43E4F'

something is wrong

any idea?

regards,

mico

Hi Mico,

If you have this error, you'll need to completely format the flash.

This procedure is explained under this link:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/products_tech_note09186a00807ea93d.shtml

Just make sure that you save the ASA config/images before doing so as you'll need to copy back all of them afterwards to the newly formatted flash.

Regards,

Nicolas
