Concentrator 3000: tacacs authentication fails

Hi all...

we have the problem, that tacacs for admin login doesn't work for locations far away (tacacs server is in swizerland, concentrator in usa and australia) in all other locations it works fine. The tacacs server "says" Authen OK, but the concentrator "says" wrong username or password ??

does anyone has an idea?

What is the version that you are using on VPN Concentrator ? Best to use would be 4.1.x

hi, i have 4.1.6 also tried with 4.1.5
