Configuring IPSec-Router to PIX

I have router Cisco3620 and PIX506E and i want to connect via VPN.

I found article "Cisco-Configuring IPSec between a router and a PIX using the nat 0 access-list command" and another solution using IPSec Tunnel ( using interface Tunnel ). When is better use each solutions , in which situations?

I am not sure I understand your question. The Pix wont terminate a "TUNNEL" (ie GRE) from a Router (this is what you would use interface tunnel for).

If this is just a basic Lan-to-Lan building an IPSEC tunnel between the Pix and the Router without NAT should be fine.
